Over the past five years, we’ve cultivated deep expertise in designing and executing entrepreneurial programs that empower early-stage innovators tackling pressing societal challenges. Our work has included pioneering digital public service initiatives in Tunisia and Libya.

We play a key role in building and orchestrating local and regional innovation ecosystems, fostering environments where grassroots solutions can thrive.

By working hand-in-hand with our partners, we identify core systemic challenges and co-design innovative, experimental interventions — such as hackathons, citizen labs, and multi-stakeholder co-creation platforms — to disrupt the status quo and drive meaningful, scalable change.
