A professional with over 8 years of experience in facilitating and designing innovation and incubation programs, with specialized expertise in crowdfunding.
Saida Berraian
An experienced professional specialized in administrative and financial management, with over 10 years of experience in the consulting, microfinance, and training sectors. Currently serving as Administrative and Financial Officer at Future Islands, she is responsible for budget coordination, financial transaction monitoring, HR management, and the preparation of donor reports.
Trained in finance and quantitative economics, she also has solid experience in project support. Rigorous, organized, and equipped with strong communication skills, she plays a key role in the structuring and sustainability of the projects she contributes to.

Amina Kechuindi
She is an Agricultural Engineer specialized in Fisheries Engineering and Environmental Science. She holds a Research Master’s degree in the Functioning and Management of Aquatic Ecosystems from the National Institute of Agronomy of Tunisia, and a Professional Master’s degree in Open Innovation and Entrepreneurship from CIHEAM Bari in Italy. She has 4 years of experience as a consultant in local and regional development in the fields of agriculture and environment in Tunisia, along with strong expertise in environmental advocacy.
Marwen Dridi
Creative and passionate, with a multidisciplinary background and over 5 years of experience in graphic design, videography, and photography, he is skilled in digital communication, marketing, and social media management. He holds a License degree in Sociology, specializing in work, development, and environment, and has Master's-level education in Social Change and Economic Development Strategies. He has been actively engaged in civil society programs and training focused on inclusion, advocacy, Theory of Change, project management, and interpersonal communication, with a particular focus on women's rights and human rights.
